Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement:
(1) This Act shall be entitled “Khark Jagga Nationalization Act, 2031”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal.
(3) This Act shall come into effect in the districts designated by the Government of Nepal from the specified date.
